When to see a doctor:

- Ibuprofen (Ibuprofen / Fenobid / Flexib etc.)
- Reduces muscle pain and inflammation.
- Typically, 200–400 mg tablets are taken 2–3 times a day.
- Do not eat on an empty stomach, it may cause gastric problems.
- Other supportive medications
- Vitamin C or B-complex supplements can help restore energy.
- Electrolytes/ORS replenish the body’s water and salt levels.
